Lead Remodeler

BJG Construction is seeking a Lead Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trade experience in residential work, and plenty of experience completing bathroom and kitchen remodels. The ideal candidate will also be excellent with tile and drywall. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with running a crew and working as a lead.

Responsibilities:

• Perform kitchen and bathroom remodels

• Carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, etc.

• Change receptacles/plugs and install sinks & faucets

• Work independently

• Successfully run crews on projects and take responsibility for project results

• Be professional at all times, as you'll be working in clients' homes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of trade experience in residential work

• Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels

• Ability to do a little bit of everything

• Especially experienced with tile and drywall

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Prepared to work in various locations throughout the following counties: Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Monterey counties

• Ability to work independently

• Have your own tools and vehicle

• Must be punctual and reliable

• Must be a strong leader with the ability to embody the company spirit and motivate team members to do the same

• Must be a go-getter and motivated to grow as a professional

Compensation Range:

$30 - $40 per hour DOE
